Lariat

I did two versions of this one. To me they are little gems, more controlled than most of my paintings -- a little tighter.

The title comes from the swirling motions which remind me of a cowboy doing rope tricks. The orange figure could easily be seen as a bowlegged cowboy. That was not intentional. I only saw that figure as a cowboy long after the painting was finished.
