Gray Bar Like so many of my paintings, this one was painted over an older picture that never quite worked out. I painted the vertical blue bar on the left (more gray in the actual painting) to cover something temporarily and liked the way it looked. With the horizontal bars showing through, which was a happy accident, it worked as a unifying design element, so I kept it. |
