Early paintings by Alec Clayton

The paintings in this gallery were done between 1985 and 1990. Although my way of painting has changed dramatically since then (and although I'd be embarrassed to show most of what I did back then ) there were a few from that period that I'm proud of. Plus I wanted to include some here because I've recently started working on a new series of digital images based on these old paintings.
