I taped off areas on the blank white canvas, painted and let it dry, then taped off other areas and did it again, layer after layer, waiting until I felt it was almost finished before pulling off the tape to see what it looked like, then worked back into the surprise result until I ended up with this. While I was working on it I was listening to a Roy Orbison CD. The title comes from two of his songs.
